Finding active contests
Live contests for your store show as cards on Home — here's what counts as live and what doesn't.
Last updated 2026-09-25
Every contest ("Campaign") you can see on Home is one that's actually live at your store right now.
What "live" means
A contest is live at your store when it has been approved, its period has started and hasn't ended yet, it hasn't been paused or cancelled at your store, and its budget cap hasn't been reached. If any of those isn't true, it simply won't show on your Home screen.
- Open Home to see every contest live at your store today.
- Check the days-left badge on each card — some run for weeks, others for just a day or two.
- Check back after a contest ends — a new one may start soon after, funded by either Oasis or one of our vendor partners.
Note: A Store Manager can pause a contest at your store for a compliance, customer, or operational reason. A sale rung while it's paused doesn't qualify, even if the contest is still live at other stores.
No contests right now?
If Home shows no live campaigns, that's expected between contests — it just means nothing your brand or store managers have created is currently running at your store. Check back later, or ask your manager what's coming up.
A word on relying on what you see
Campaign previews, progress bars, and rank displays are helpful estimates, not promises. What actually pays out is based on the campaign's rules in Kief at the exact moment your sale completes. Read a contest's rule before relying on it — see reading a contest card.
