Getting help with Kief

There are a few places to get help with Kief, depending on what you need.

In the app

1. Open the Help & guides page from Kief's navigation.
2. Open the Employee Guide card — a screen-by-screen walkthrough of Home, contests, leaderboards, earnings, and settings, ready to open or download any time.

Something wrong with an earning

If you think an earning is missing, wrong, or held, use the Something's wrong button on that contest's page in Kief. See if an earning looks wrong for what happens next.

Everything else

• Your Store Manager or Assistant Manager can answer day-to-day questions about a contest.
• HR can help with anything about the program itself, at hr@oasiscannabisnm.com.
• You can also use the Open Door Policy at any time.

Tip: You don't have to go through a Store Manager first — you can go straight to HR if that's easier.

Note: Nothing about raising a Kief question stops you from discussing your pay or this program with coworkers, contacting a government agency, or getting legal advice.

Keep it professional

Whoever you talk to, keep it respectful — that goes both ways. Blunt or heated words about pay or working conditions aren't a problem by themselves, but threats or harassment toward a coworker, manager, HR, or a vendor representative are never acceptable.
