If an earning looks wrong
Use Something's wrong on the contest, as soon as you notice, so records are easy to check.
Last updated 2026-09-25
If you believe an earning is missing, wrong, or held, raise it right from the contest it's on.
How to raise it
- Open the contest in question.
- Select Something's wrong.
- Describe what you believe is wrong — the date, the product, and the transaction if you know it, helps the most.
- Select Send to ops. You'll see a confirmation once it's sent.
You can also email HR directly at hr@oasiscannabisnm.com, or use the Open Door Policy.
Tip: Raise it as soon as you notice, ideally before that contest's payout is approved, so point-of-sale and Kief records are easy to check while they're fresh. That said, there's no deadline to report an earning you believe was earned and not paid — the Company checks it against whatever records are available at the time.
What happens next
A Program Administrator reviews the dispute against the actual point-of-sale and Kief records and records the outcome and the reason. The result may be no change, an added amount, or a reduction — and a reduction only ever applies to the earning in dispute or other pending earnings on that same contest segment, never below zero, and never against wages from something else.
Once a batch has been approved, a request to change a payout method, rank, or prize allocation is closed. Any other dispute raised after that point is reviewed at the Company's discretion.
If you're not satisfied with the outcome, you can ask, in writing, within 10 business days, for the Designated HR Authority to review it once more.
