Viewing your payout history

The Earnings page is where you check what you've been paid, and what's still on its way.

What you'll see

1. Your current Pay me in setting at the top.
2. A list of payout batches, one row per pay period, each showing its status and amount.
3. A store-credit row that hasn't posted to the POS yet reads Awaiting store-credit setup instead of a batch status — that's normal while it's still on its way.

Batch statuses

• In review — the batch has been opened but not yet approved.
• Approved — approved, not yet paid.
• Sent to payroll — exported for payroll processing.
• Paid — paid. For store credit, you'll instead see Paid in store credit once it's posted.

Tip: Your list loads one page of payouts at a time. Use the pager at the bottom to see older pay periods.

Checking something specific

If a batch or amount looks off, open the contest it came from and use Something's wrong, or see if an earning looks wrong. For the difference between a pending and a final earning, see pending vs. final earnings.
