Returns, voids, and your earnings
A voided or returned sale line never earns a contest reward in the first place.

Voids and returns are handled before they ever reach your earnings — not after.
How it works
- Kief only looks at completed sale lines. A line marked as voided or returned is filtered out before any contest earning is calculated.
- That means a void or return never creates an earning for you to begin with — there's nothing to claw back later.
- If a sale is later returned or a manager voids it after your earning on it has already become final (paid as store credit or included in an approved payroll batch), the Company does not take that final earning back for that reason alone.
Note: Returns and voids are still recorded and reviewed for patterns, even though they don't affect an already-final earning. A high return rate on contest items, or repeated voids, can trigger a review.
Selling honestly
Never split, restructure, re-ring, hold, or delay a transaction to fit a contest, and never cycle voids or returns to create or repeat an earning. That's treated as manipulation, not a real qualifying sale, and can be addressed as theft.
If something still looks off
If you believe a sale should have qualified and doesn't show up, or the reverse, use Something's wrong on the contest — see if an earning looks wrong. There's no deadline to report an earning you believe was earned and not paid, though reporting early makes it easier to verify.
