Account security basics

Kief doesn't have its own password or login. Keeping your account secure comes down to keeping your employee portal account secure.

The basics

1. Kief opens through your Oasis Cannabis Co. employee portal (occpeople.com), using the same sign-in you already use for work.
2. The link that opens Kief from the portal is single-use and tied to you personally. Don't forward it or share it with a coworker.
3. If you need back in, don't try to reuse an old link — just open the Kief tile (or My Kief under My Workspace) again from the portal for a fresh session.

Important: Never share your employee portal sign-in with anyone, including a coworker who's locked out. Have them sign in with their own account instead.

If you think someone else has access

If you believe someone signed in to your account or is using Kief as you, tell your Store Manager or HR right away so your access can be reviewed.

Signed out unexpectedly?

A session in Kief lasts a while, but it isn't unlimited. If you're signed out, that's normal — just reopen the Kief tile from the portal. You don't need to remember a separate password to get back in.
